main page, we do offer a wide scope of services in the Human Resources field
such as executive compensation design, policies integration following a merge &
acquisition, due diligence, sales compensation, job evaluation process, HRIS
implementation support, etc.
In addition to
these services (and products), we do run sponsored surveys (e.g. compensation,
perks, company car, attitude/climate surveys, etc) as well as some of our own such as the

GEM
Reward Survey (Groupement des
Entreprises Multinationales) 2012
The
GEM is the
association of over 70 multinationals established in
Geneva and greater Geneva. It focuses mainly on local
and international human resources issues organizations
might face while doing business in Switzerland. The main
mission of the association is to encourage exchange of
information amongst its members. For the past couple of
years,
the
GEM has been
running a local salary survey amongst their members. The
last two survey editions (2008 & 2010) were performed by TymWork and
will again run the survey for this year edition.

European
Top Executive Compensation (TEC) Survey 2009
Today's competitive Executive Compensation is no more
limited to a specific country remuneration where a
headquarter is established. We are competing within a
global market in which Europe is one of the key players.
This is a unique new survey (launched back in 2005) run by a
team of professionals that all have solid C&B Corporate
experiences. The survey is specifically designed to
cover Senior Executive Management Compensation
having Area, Regional, Headquarter or Corporate
responsibilities based in Europe. The survey design
is quite unique clearly addressing the concerns
expressed by many companies in getting reliable and
competitive data on European Executive Compensation.
This
year we have added some new European countries which are
having more and more area or regional activities. These
are the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and the Russian
Federation. We have also added Canada as it is not
unusual to have Canadian (as American) expatriates
operating in Europe.

last survey edition was performed in 2006. Recently the
GEM has approached
a number of compensation consulting firms, including the
one from the last two editions, to make a decision which
one would best meet their current requirements. We are
happy to confirm that the
GEM has finally
chosen TymWork to perform their 2008 salary survey.
